I enjoy the omega 3 benefits that I am getting through my omega 3 capsules that I am currently taking. I know of no other way to make sure that my brain is functioning on a very high level. I like to be able to think very clearly and to also think on the highest levels of existence. So yeah, I guess it is obvious I also like to write. I need to have a fair and balanced look at the world around me so that I can capture everything as it truly is and will be for my readers to enjoy. So thank you world!

  • image and people

You see all the time these people who are on a paleo diet or they are on some sort of low carb diet or what not and you wonder, at least I do, if these diets and so fourth can really work and if they do, can you stay on a diet long enough to loose weight and not put it back on. My mother has had weight issues all her life and she writes about it in her health blog if you guys want to check that out, but she gets on a diet and looses weight, then she just puts the weight right back on. I don't blame her for being frustrated and the fact that she is trying is really inspiring. But I guess I will just have to give this specific diet the old college try, and who knows I might actually like it!

  • We will go nowhere we know

I saw a kite today that was made out of an American flag. I didn't know how I felt about it at first. It seemed rather odd for it truly was flag made in to a kite. I was trying to sort through the many thoughts and images that innundate my mind every time I see that flag. Somehappy, some not so proud. Mostly a lot of follies that our lord and cheif laughs about. As I was pondering, I saw the kite take a nose dive and hit a woman on the top of the head. I ran across the field to do damage control on the scene.  It turns out, she was fine. A lump on the noggin' and that was it. I handed her some omega 3 supplements and sent her on her way. The man flying the kite disappeared.

  • The store front

I played a game of tackle football with some friends of mine and it was the most fun I think I have had in a very, very long time. I remember a time when I was just a little younger and didn't weigh as much that all I had to do was run and jump and not worry about anything because I was in very good shape. Now, I had better stretch it out or wear some gear around my knees or I might be in trouble. Boy damage control is now a high priority on my list. I must understand the benefits of vitamins so I can stay as healthy as possible without going to the damn doctor so they can sell me some medicines that I don't need and don't want.

  • Family taken in moderation

I want to take this time in my life to send a very heart felt shout out to a very important entity, God. Lord, I appreciate the holidays and all, and I sincerely appreciate your birthday, being raised catholic has put the fear of you into my very gentle soul. I know that the holidays can bring a lot of stress into a lot of people's homes especially those of us who find it difficult to make ends meet around this very special time of year, However I have one gripe that I would like to exersice, your birthday has become the most commercial and most bastardised holiday if there ever was one. I am sure that you did not intend to have your birthday be a day of hardship that brings a lot of pain and suffering and a lot of jealousy into the world but that is where we have gotten. I do not know what we could do to remedy this situation but we will have to figure a little something out.
    Thanks Lord
