You see all the time these people who are on a
paleo diet or they are on some sort of low carb diet or what not and you wonder, at least I do, if these diets and so fourth can really work and if they do, can you stay on a diet long enough to loose weight and not put it back on. My mother has had weight issues all her life and she writes about it in her
health blog if you guys want to check that out, but she gets on a diet and looses weight, then she just puts the weight right back on. I don't blame her for being frustrated and the fact that she is trying is really inspiring. But I guess I will just have to give this specific diet the old college try, and who knows I might actually like it!
